My Name is Tracey

I practice as a Somatic and Mindfulness based Therapist who specialises in anxiety, panic attacks, depression, stress management, and recovering from trauma. I listen to the wisdom of the body, the intuition of the heart, and the knowledge of the mind to show me what is needed to facilitate your healing journey. I bring the Buddhist Heart Qualities of Loving Kindness, Compassion, Equanimity, and Joy to my work. Somatic therapy is a creative therapy that helps you begin to listen to yourself from the inside with curiosity and wonder. This process allows your inner wisdom to arise organically and enables you to process difficult past or present issues with more understanding and compassion for yourself and your experiences. Somatic therapy can include: * Gentle guided meditation for relaxation, exploration of the inner Self, and increasing Self-awareness. * Breathing and movement practices from the tradition of Yoga to calm, settle, and soothe the nervous system. * Talk therapy and education as relevant to your situation.
