A Mindful & Somatic Approach

I offer mindful and somatic therapy as a compassionate, body-centred approach to healing. This work honours the wisdom of the body, the sensitivity of the heart, and the clarity of the mind. Having walked this path myself, I know that healing unfolds naturally when we slow down, listen deeply, and meet ourselves with kindness. Rooted in Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing®, & Buddhist psychology, this gentle process supports your nervous system to release what no longer serves you — safely, slowly, & with care. This body-centred approach recognises that trauma is held in both the mind and the nervous system. Therapy supports increased awareness of bodily sensations, emotional responses, and thought patterns, allowing distress to be processed without re-traumatisation.
