I offer evidence based trauma therapy to women who have experienced childhood trauma which, at times, may affect your physical & mental health, emotional & psychological wellbeing, self-confidence, relationships, and overall challenges with daily life. Having walked this path myself, I know that healing unfolds naturally when we slow down, listen deeply, and meet ourselves with kindness. Rooted in Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing®, Buddhist psychology, and EMDR this gentle process supports your nervous system to release what no longer serves you — safely, slowly, & with care. My approach recognises that trauma is held in the body, the heart, and the mind. With compassion and some occasional down-to-earth Maori humour I will help you to understand and process the impact of negative childhood experiences without re-traumatisation.
Trauma can shape how we think, feel, and relate — often in ways we don’t fully understand. You may notice anxiety, emotional overwhelm, negative self-beliefs, physical tension, relationship difficulties, or a deep sense that something isn’t quite right. If this resonates, you are not broken - and you are not alone.
Greater calm, safety, and emotional balance A deeper connection to your body and inner Self Relief from stress, anxiety, and trauma patterns Increased self-compassion, clarity, and meaning A return to wholeness, joy, and authenticity
