WHAT IS SOMATIC EXPERIENCING?

Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a therapeutic method developed by Dr Peter Levine to address the impacts of trauma and stress on the body and mind. Unlike traditional talk therapies SE focuses on the body's sensations, movements, and experiences to help release stored trauma and restore balance.
